Shipping Policy

 

Orders are hand-poured and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping when you order 2 or more candles.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Because our candles are made with natural wax, we take care in packaging to prevent damage or melting in transit. During extreme heat (summer months), we may adjust shipping methods or pause shipping to certain regions to protect your order’s quality.

We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. boxes

Ash & Cedar Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
